App updates and recovery

Save any unfinished work and close other ServiceParser windows before applying an update. Your account and bookings are kept on the server.

If an update cannot download, you can continue using the current version online and check again later.

Trouble opening the app?

The recovery page works independently of the app. It checks for an available repair without clearing your sign-in or saved drafts.
